Job Description
The Administrator will be providing effective and accurate administrative support to the engineering department. This is a varied, busy role in a small friendly team with duties including:
- Assisting in booking in jobs.
- Allocating timesheets on the ERP system to the relevant jobs.
- Maintaining accurate parts records on the system.
- Liaising with the engineers and customers to keep them informed of the progress of their orders.
- Maintaining accurate jobs and parts records on the system.
- Communicating well with all departments and customers as required.
