This role requires a highly organized person with ability to priorities their workload and work in a calm and effective manner and communicate well at all levels.
Previous experience of working in an office based environment and the ability to demonstrate accurate working and working well as part of a team is essential.

- Provide full administrative support to the Safeguarding Children Nursing
- Access to highly confidential and sensitive information via various platforms, such as GMCA SharePoint referral action plans and
- To be responsible for the development and maintenance of electronic filing
- Supporting the team with evolving the paper light process.
- Use initiative in reviewing emails and incoming mail and take action where Identify where actions need to be prioritized by the Specialist Safeguarding Children Nurses.
- Complete a variety of administration duties e. photocopying, shredding, typing, laminating and presentation packs.
- Answering the telephone – internal/external, taking messages and action where
- Retrieve and safely secure patient’s records for investigation and
- Arranging meetings, booking rooms, inviting staff members and external people as
- Maintenance and inputting data onto electronic databases – including the activity database for the team recording the number of our referrals.
- To pre populate templates to support the function / process with demographic
- To support audit functions and data collection.
- To undertake any other duties which are deemed appropriate to the grade when requested by
