We're currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join us on a 1-year fixed term basis. This is a fixed term role to support Project Managers to organize temporary accommodation and communicate with affected residents who need to temporarily relocate to allow works to be completed in their homes.
The successful candidate will support the Project Manager in the decant process and ensure there is a continuous programme of empty property available for completion of works. The role will primarily be based in the Plymouth area and will involve liaising and communicating regularly with all affected residents to ensure they are fully informed of timescales dates and other relevant information. Due to travel within this role, applicants will need access to their own transport.
