Job Description

Our client, a property investor is looking to recruit a Project Manager/Auditor to join their small set up.

Duties:

• To project manage specific jobs / reviews through to completion, efficiently and safely, whilst keeping to professional standards.
• Work closely with the Directors/Surveyors and tradesmen as necessary.
• Achieving target completion dates as agreed with the Management team, and keeping them informed of jobs progress.
• Promote professional standards regarding the care & quality of the work
• Face-to-face feedback with staff
