Job Description

The purpose of this role is to contact and convert new sales leads into sales opportunities for our hearing aid dispensers. Duties will include:

  • Contact new leads and make appointments for dispensers
  • Ensure high quality appointments are made and placed in diaries at appropriate times and geographical spread
  • To achieve set conversion and cancellation rate targets
  • Proactively identify any potential lead generation opportunities
  • Work closely with Hearing Aid Dispensers, and other tele appointers sharing good practice and information
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers
  • To receive inbound and outbound customer service calls
  • Ensure appointments offered are to customers' needs

We also offer an employee assistance programme and discounted hearing products for friends and family along with 24 days holiday a year plus bank holidays. Our working week is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours and 2 days per week can be worked from home if desired.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Our ideal candidate will have previous call handling experience with both inbound and outbound experience and strive to always provide exemplary customer service.
