Job Description
  • Scanning and saving all training certificates to electronic files
  • Sending out all certificates received
  • Undertaking all hardcopy and electronic filing
  • Administering the creation and logging of all attendance sheets
  • Uploading completion reports into the Learning Management System
  • Archiving documents at the end of their shelf life
  • Supporting the Academy Team
  • Monitoring the Academy email Inbox and promptly addressing queries
  • Administering the responses and queries in the shared inbox
  • Producing and sending out training reminder emails to delegates
  • Administrating the new starter process related to Learning
  • Providing general administrative support to the Academy team as required
  • Providing other reasonable administrative support to the business

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous administration experience in a professional and fast pace environment
  • Previous experience working in a training and development environment
  • High standard of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent team working skills and a willingness to cover for colleagues when necessary
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to create and maintain good working relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to priorities their workload effectively
  • Microsoft Office skills, and in particular Excel, and Outlook
  • Construction industry experience
  • Previous experience working with a learning management system (LMS), or other data systems
