Job Description
- Work as part of the team to ensure we maintain great service for all our customers
- Undertake placements in areas of the business to develop your knowledge and skills
- Have a structured training programme and development plan in place
- Be supported by your manager and Training team to help you progress
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Enthusiastic, flexible, resilient, and willing to undertake a variety of tasks.
- A good team player
- Able to deal with multiple tasks.
- Able to work on your own initiative, with a “can do” positive outlook even when under pressure.
- Wants to begin a career within a Plumbing & Heating merchant.
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 5 or C) Desired
- GCSE or equivalent Math (Grade 5 or C) Desired
- All our apprentices are employed on a full time permanent contract with a view to starting a long term career within our business.
- Once your apprenticeship is completed further training and development will continue alongside your personal development plan.
