Every day is different at company, and you will be involved in a range of tasks such as answering customer queries by email or phone, processing orders or returns, or investigating issues with orders or deliveries.

Our offer to you

  • We are currently hiring for a full-time advisor.
  • This permanent position is available immediately.
  • Salary: £9.90 per hour, based on a 37.5-hour work week.

The hours of work are Monday - Friday 8:30a.m. - 5:00 p.m. based on a 37.5-hour week , with the position attracting 28 days holiday p.a (includes Bank Holidays) + Birthday’s off, up to three paid days of conservation volunteering p.a., a generous company pension and enhanced maternity / paternity leave. Free parking on site.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A good telephone manner and outstanding written communication skills are essential
  • High degree of computer literacy
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Above all, we value a common-sense approach, critical thinking, and a willingness to learn new skills
  • Fluent German or another major European language would be an advantage
  • Experience of NetSuite or similar CRM software
