Job Description

They have an impressive attrition rate with their staff and offer career progression and support qualification pursuit. They are currently looking to junior but willing staff to their Personal Items team dealing with High-Value item insurance in the position of Personal Items Apprentice Assistant Admin.

You will work in a busy insurance team looking to assess and discuss the client’s insurance requirements with them. You will then look to secure them a competitive and comprehensive cover via liaising with underwriters and utilizing the schemes available and present and secure your clients custom.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • You will need to have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to gather and analyze information to help solve problems for the client
  • Ability to match and identify products to match the client’s needs
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
