Job Description
  • Creating invoices and bookkeeping records for multiple tenants.
  • Processing invoices and allocating payments, trades and bank transactions into fund accounting systems in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining and reconciling static data.
  • Preparing client reports including client bank account payment runs.
  • Providing assistance to the Senior Fund Accountant in preparing management accounts schedules.
  • Overseeing a client portfolio and ensuring all work is completed quickly and efficiently.
  • Assisting with client auditor queries and in on-boarding new clients.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ideally, you will be AAT qualified with 2-4 years relevant experience in dealing with property leases and rental invoicing.
  • You will possess excellent interpersonal skills along with an ability to communicate effectively both on a written and a verbal basis.
  • You will be highly organised and able to meet strict deadlines with ease.
  • You will be self-motivated and eager to progress and develop.
  • A solid grounding in the use of Microsoft Office programmes such as Excel, Word and Outlook is essential.
  • Some prior experience of sales or purchase ledgers, ideally within the real estate sector, would be advantageous.
