We are looking an experienced Sales and Service Advisors to join our Team based in Plymouth. This position plays an essential part in developing and maintaining our relationship with customers. From initial contact with new clients, and engagement with longer-term clients you will be the face of company. We are continuously striving to improve our customer experience. You will be providing market leading levels of customer service to all our clients to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

In the role you will be responsible for:

• Initiating, developing, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Establishing customer requirements.
• Preparing, submitting, and following up customer quotations.
• Order processing.
• Providing basic levels of technical support on the products/services available from ERIKS (Full training provided).
• Introducing customers to new products/services.
• Providing market leading levels of customer service

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Familiar with Microsoft Office365 (preferable but training will be provided)
• Data savvy, with excellent analytical capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of the power of digital technologies and a supporter of change
• Positive 'can-do' attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Ability to analyze data, and translate into actionable information
• Knowledge of a similar industry is preferable but not essential
