Job Description
• New Business Development – regular sales and marketing campaigns to attract new clients
• Development of all social media channels to include Linked In, Twitter, Facebook etc
• Website management and update
• Developing relationships with commercial agents, solicitors, accountants, and other business advisors
• Attending a range of networking events – being visible in the business community
• Regular contact with the client throughout the project.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong commercial acumen and business development track record
• Commercial property and / or office design knowledge highly advantageous
• Good knowledge of the southwest business eco system
• Ability to multi-task on concurrent projects, under tight time frames
• A high level of initiative, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and patience
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills and attention to detail
