Job Description

• Building relationships with customers through telephone and email contact, chasing payment for overdue invoices.
• Regularly review outstanding debt with the Accounts Manager
• Processing sales invoices and credit notes onto Sage.
• Processing and allocating customer receipts on Sage.
• Dealing with customer account queries
• Issuing out monthly statements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will have previous credit control or sales ledger experience. An effective communicator, you will possess an approachable personality and a confident, positive attitude. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work using your own initiative. Good IT skills ideally with knowledge of Sage.
