We are looking for an exceptional individual to join the CCI Group Reporting Team playing a critical role in the delivery of monthly group consolidated reporting across 22 Business Units into our US Parent, assistance with new US GAAP accounting standard implementation, working capital and balance sheet reviews. In addition, supporting certain key deliverables and projects at this exciting time for our business.
Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for-
Working within the Group Reporting Team and with 21 CCI Business Units to deliver the monthly consolidation reporting to Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings: US parent
Collaboration with other CCI Group functions including Tax, Legal, Treasury and FP&A
Supporting on US GAAP accounting assessments and implementing ongoing technical accounting projects across the CCI business
Supporting on the preparation of quarterly Revenue and Lease disclosure templates to senior Finance stakeholders in the US for inclusion in external filings
Working closely with CCI Business Units on the completeness, accuracy and compliance of monthly Revenue and Lease variables in accordance with US GAAP
Oversight of monthly assessments of Business Unit and Headquarters legal and restructuring provisions
Preparing holding companies reporting, holdcos financial statement preparation and maintaining relationships with Dutch holdco advisers
Being a Finance Business Partner to allocated BUs
Assisting on the reporting and execution of cross-border loan transactions
Supporting on the preparation of monthly working capital reviews
Supporting the preparation of the monthly income statement and balance sheet analysis for presentation to the US
Assisting in the preparation, filing and liaison with auditors for UK FRS 102 and other statutory accounts
Review of intercompany transactions and reconciliations including monthly mismatch reports
Providing ad-hoc support to the Head of Group Reporting for projects and other deliverables

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent, with 3+ years post-qualified experience Proven experience in a Group Finance function and working/developing within an international corporate environment IFRS and UK GAAP technical accounting experience Experience using IBM’s Cognos Controller and TM1 tools Advanced Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation Someone that has worked across global organisations and understands cultural differences Proven track record of successful contributions to projects Exposure to US GAAP Experience in a multinational Company with a US listing Experience with AX365 and prior versions Able to work in a matrix operating and reporting environment Able to prioritize multiple workstreams and requests
