One of the Credit controllers will be dealing with corporate clients, emailing and telephoning the customers to chase for overdue and due debt - for this position you will need to have exceptional customer service skills, preferably experience in a previous business to business credit control role, and confidence dealing with challenging calls.
The second credit control position is for business to consumer, high level of customer experience is again necessary, but you would not need to have a credit control background, just not be afraid to pick up the phone and be able to deal with potentially difficult calls.
