Job Description
In this role you will be working closely with the Head of Learning and Development across a broad range of areas, including the development and implementation of E-Learning, administration of the Learning Management System and supporting in the coordination and delivery the overall strategy. Main Responsibilities
- Support the Head to provide an effective and strategic function within the organization through excellent communication, priority driven tasks and maintaining essential processes.
- Ownership of the LMS. Maintenance, reporting and creation of content to support organizational needs and L&D strategy.
- Support Head of L&D with creation of project proposals, presentations, and any ad hoc content to support L&D strategy.
- Creation of weekly, monthly and annual training & development reports as required.
- Updating and maintaining training and qualification records.
- Responding to general L&D queries, escalating where appropriate.
- Supporting with the continued development and maintenance of the L&D intranet pages.
- Actively manage the L&D inbox, responding to emails and escalating as required.
