Job Description

In this role you will be working closely with the Head of Learning and Development across a broad range of areas, including the development and implementation of E-Learning, administration of the Learning Management System and supporting in the coordination and delivery the overall strategy. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, is keen to take on new challenges and has a creative and thorough approach to their work. Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Head to provide an effective and strategic function within the organization through excellent communication, priority driven tasks and maintaining essential processes.
  • Ownership of the LMS. Maintenance, reporting and creation of content to support organizational needs and L&D strategy.
  • Support Head of L&D with creation of project proposals, presentations, and any ad hoc content to support L&D strategy.
  • Creation of weekly, monthly and annual training & development reports as required.
  • Updating and maintaining training and qualification records.
  • Responding to general L&D queries, escalating where appropriate.
  • Supporting with the continued development and maintenance of the L&D intranet pages.
  • Actively manage the L&D inbox, responding to emails and escalating as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven administrative experience ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Proficient IT (Microsoft Office Suite) with experience in advanced Excel.
  • An interest in design and info graphics, using PowerPoint to produce interesting and compelling presentations and resource.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent examples of adaptability, initiative, and ownership.
  • Highly organized, with excellent planning and administration skills, experience of working to deadlines, juggling a busy workload and priorities.
  • Great communicator, team worker and able to develop effective working relationships within the People team and with key Partners and Leaders internally.
  • Professional approach and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Interest in obtaining HR related qualifications (CIPD)
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and experience of creating content using PowToon.
  • Proven administrative experience ideally within a L&D/Training/HR function.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and approach challenges.
  • Foundation CIPD qualification in HR or L&D.
