Job Description
- Data entering all new direct cases before submission to ensure that all relevant information is included with a high level of accuracy;
- To assist with the provisional underwriting and packaging of new applications received, requesting outstanding information and providing the Mortgage Advisors with an initial case assessment;
- To assist with proactively reviewing pipeline cases;
- To support the team to provide customers and other stakeholders with updates and ensure required information is requested within the required deadlines;
- Work with other areas of the business as required eg. Legal, underwriting, customer service etc. to ensure the smooth processing of each case;
- To provide administrative support to the Mortgage Advisors and the Customer Advice Managers;
- Producing accurate customer facing offer documents for each case;
- To present an efficient and professional image of the company in all communication with customer and third parties to ensure we provide excellent service while adhering to regulatory and Company Policies.
