Job Description
  • Data entering all new direct cases before submission to ensure that all relevant information is included with a high level of accuracy;
  • To assist with the provisional underwriting and packaging of new applications received, requesting outstanding information and providing the Mortgage Advisors with an initial case assessment;
  • To assist with proactively reviewing pipeline cases;
  • To support the team to provide customers and other stakeholders with updates and ensure required information is requested within the required deadlines;
  • Work with other areas of the business as required eg. Legal, underwriting, customer service etc. to ensure the smooth processing of each case;
  • To provide administrative support to the Mortgage Advisors and the Customer Advice Managers;
  • Producing accurate customer facing offer documents for each case;
  • To present an efficient and professional image of the company in all communication with customer and third parties to ensure we provide excellent service while adhering to regulatory and Company Policies.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good written and spoken communication skills;
  • You will be reliable and be of smart appearance as this is an office-based role;
  • Due to the nature of this role, we are ideally looking for applications from candidates with Grades C/4 or above in Math & English at GCSE level or equivalent;
  • An interest and enthusiasm to work in the Financial Services industry;
  • Able to commute to Cheadle on a daily basis;
  • The drive and passion to succeed in an ambitious business;
