Job Description

A transport company based in Exeter are looking for two Credit Controllers to join their busy team on a temporary basis.

One of the Credit controllers will be dealing with corporate clients, emailing and telephoning the customers to chase for overdue and due debt - for this position you will need to have exceptional customer service skills, preferably experience in a previous business to business credit control role, and confidence dealing with challenging calls.

The second credit control position is for business to consumer, high level of customer experience is again necessary, but you would not need to have a credit control background, just not be afraid to pick up the phone and be able to deal with potentially difficult calls.

These roles are to ideally start asap and will go permanent for the right candidates.
