Job Description

You will be working as the Digital Services Manager for the group. Your role will be centred around providing the business with a driven approach to championing the use of key digital tools, through Xero and Quickbooks. Your responsibilities will include preparation of management information including forecasts and cashflows, working as part of the digital services team supporting the delivery of apps, reviewing new technologies and preparing proposals for new projects, and delivery of training and upskilling to colleagues.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will need to be a digital fanatic, with confidence in using and demonstrating Xero and Quickbooks specifically, and competent across all other software programs. You will have been through a digital transformation, preferably leading the finance function or leading the transformation. You will be a strong and patient educator, and be able to create an environment of success. Ideally you will have finance qualifications, but competence far outweighs certification for this role. You will probably have been a finance leader from a commercial environment, or led a part of a finance department through a change.
