In this role, you'll swiftly become the link and anchor point for clients and colleagues alike. You'll take on a wide range of admin (answering phones, mail distribution, ordering supplies, PA duties to Director) and client orientated tasks (client correspondence, opening/updating files, invoicing, handling initial enquiries etc) as well as helping the fee earners with client bookkeeping as part of your weekly routine.
We're looking for someone who has previous experience working in either an Office Manager or Bookkeeping/Accounts Assistant role within an Accountancy practice. Previous experience of Quickbooks would also be advantageous.
