Job Description
  • Sub-Contractor performance – Adherence to Contract SLA's, providing relevant documents, providing quotes, quality of work undertaken (in conjunction with OPS) and periodical reviews
  • Processing POs through Approve to Pay for Supply Chain in relation to the contracts
  • Manage Operational WIP and identify any issues and resolve ensuring cost management of all jobs is enforced and jobs are not run at a loss or over the approved amount.
  • Preparation of monthly finance reviews for Operations
  • Management of P2 annual PO's to include collation of quotes, comparable quotes, value for money checks, cost negotiation and raising of P2 Purchase Orders.
  • On hold supplier management and Cut the tail supplier management
  • Supplier portal management - engaging with suppliers to move on to portal use and auditing/reporting on portal use.
  • Management of up to date information for SC contact to include upkeep of insurance and contract document requirements on Suppliers on Line (SOL).
  • Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that are deemed required by the business in supporting the daily operation of the contract.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficient MS Excel skills and systems knowledge.
  • Influential and motivational leadership capability.
  • Understand the structure of the business to effectively carry out duties.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and ability to priorities a changing workload and use initiative.
  • The individual must sustain enthusiasm with ideally relevant experience, good analytical skills and an ability to understand and help solve complex issues.
  • Must have experience working within a team environment with some managerial experience ideally.
  • Communication is essential as well as sound stakeholder management skills.
  • Must have ability to effectively input in contract meetings and adapt to a diverse job role.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Effective at operating in a matrix environment.
  • Elevated level of integrity with a commitment to embedding a strong governance culture.
  • Able to produce concise and informative reporting under tight deadlines.
