Job Description

You will have the passion to help people and will love to be kept busy all day. You will be able to manage the onboarding process for new starters, support the team with recruitment coordination, ensuring consistent processes and practice are followed. Essential for the role is clear and concise communication skills and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities for the role

  • Working to place students in placement positions
  • Supporting applicant queries via phone and email inbox
  • Arranging assessment Centre’s through booking of applicants
  • Sharing assessment Centre feedback with unsuccessful applicants
  • Analyzing information on the applicants application and enter into an excel spreadsheet· Extract data from the spreadsheet to send to across to the client
  • Liaising with applicants and booking them in for an interview with the client
  • Speaking to applicants from interview to offer stage

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous recruitment experience an advantage but not essential
  • Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment is essential
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player with a flexible approach to work
  • Reliable and well organized is key
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to build rapport both internally and externally
  • Be able to multi-task
  • Excellent attention to detail is a must
  • A natural "organizer" who enjoys seeing activities completed
  • Is comfortable communicating on the phone and over email· Excellent Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Skills
