Job Description

You will develop a working knowledge of container transport and distribution operations, you will be required to assess drivers and provide training, 'on the road', to ensure best practice is adopted at all times, in particular in defensive driving, fuel economy and proper use of vehicles and trailers. The role requires flexibility to be able to coordinate with driver workloads. The role involves both one on one training and classroom based courses for larger groups.
You will be an excellent oral and written communicator with the ability to assess driver needs, provide instruction and complete confidential, training reports, as required. Reporting is electronic, so IT literary is a requirement for this role. Training will be provided.
