Maintain Pupil files, Single Central register and any other contractual/legislative documents as directed by the Head Teacher
Management of Pupil premium income and expenditure. From confirming a pupils entitlement, agreeing a spending plan and reporting, monitoring and reconciliation of, in conjunction with the Finance and Business Support manager
Support the recruitment process for Teachers, HLTA, Instructors and LSA’s – organizing venues, interviews and attending interviews to support the Head Teacher/Deputy administratively
Be the first point of call for mobile phone, computer and Broad band issues.
Carry out the duties in the most effective, efficient and economic manner available
Maintain and reconcile the petty cash ensuring all receipts are available for audit purpose
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have experience of working in a school or similar environment
Must hold a Nationally Recognized Business/Administration qualification
Must hold a current full UK driving license
Have the ability to relate to young people and adults
Working hours are Monday to Friday , 8am-4pm except on team meeting or committee meeting days where you will work 08.30-16:30
