Job Description

We are recruiting for an Administrator to provide administrative support for the prison. To be successful in this role, you must have attention to detail, be proficient in Microsoft Office packages and have excellent organizational skills. We aim to deliver quality of life services and support people to change their lives for the better.

  • Initial categorization using Digital Categorization Service.
  • Assign residents appropriately to drafts allocated.
  • Interview residents (this may give better insight to resident categorization).
  • Training provided locally with certification.
  • Collate paperwork for resident transfers, Core Files etc.
  • Provide managers with population breakdown figures daily.
  • Collate End of Month Report for Home Office Controller.
  • Answer resident applications and request complaints.
