Job Description

• Development of HR policies and procedures
• Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate weekly and monthly payment runs
• Line Management of a team of 3 (HR Advisor / L&D Advisor / HR Graduate)
• Development of candidate attraction projects
• Work with H&S to ensure compliance with legislation
• Implement L&D interventions promoting internal development
