Job Description
Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for;
- Compilation and analysis of detailed monthly management accounts, highlighting any risk or opportunities
- Managing & improving the accuracy of financial accounting procedures and reporting processes
- Management & development of the accounts team (admin, accounts receivable, payable & cash/payroll processing)
- Providing financial analysis to support the Finance and Operations teams
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The candidate:
- You will have strong financial experience and operational exposure gained within ideally a manufacturing environment
- You will be an innovative, diplomatic, decisive, resourceful, and effective communicator
- You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA) with excellent management, planning and systems skills
- Experience of managing & developing a team
