Handle all enquiries in a pleasant and efficient manner
Process reservations received by phone, email, and any third parties with superb accuracy & attention to detail
Strive to upsell & convert any enquiry
Deal with booking amendments & cancellations efficiently and promptly
Communicate with all departments & colleagues as required & handover reservation info daily
Follow & understand agreed policy for guaranteed reservations & no-shows
Undertake training as required
Comply with statutory and contractual requirements regarding the workplace such as employment law, health and safety, hygiene, fire prevention, and all HR procedures
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum of 1 years' experience within a Hotel Receptionist role, or experience within a high-volume call centre
