* Administration of starter/leaver information.
* Update and maintain filing systems and databases to ensure up to date accurate information, including Bradford Scores, Probation, Recruitment and Leavers
* Provide administrative support and help co-ordinate the recruitment process
* Prepare correspondence, documentation, and forms as necessary
* Provide administrative support for organisation change and improvement projects for HR
* Support with the co-ordination of training
* Signpost HR queries appropriately
* Actively promote the wellbeing of staff, staff engagement and employer branding initiatives.
* HR experienced.
* Exceptional communication skills to include; interpersonal, verbal and written.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Maintains a high level of confidentiality in line with GDPR at all times.
* Adaptable, self-motivated, team worker with a can-do attitude.
* Administration experience and preparation of contractual documentation essential.
