The main purpose of the role is to support the recruitment team at a very busy time.
Duties include but are not limited to-
-Placing Adverts onto the system/ advertising boards
-Monitoring closing dates
-Supporting line managers with shortlisting
-Interview support
-Preemployment checks- references, ID, Occupational Health checks
-Confirming start dates
Ideal candidate will have previous administration or customer service experience. HR knowledge is desirable but not essential. Candidates who are used to a fast paced and busy environment would well suited to this role.
