Job Description
  1. - To deal with enquiries on the daily basis over the phone and email
  2. - To be the key liaison for orders end to end for both external and internal stakeholders
  3. - To deal with the sales process from initial enquiry to order placement into CRM system
  4. - To arrange collections, returns and deliveries
  5. - To coordinate with warehouses for stock movements
  6. - To ensure customers receive high standard of service
  7. - To promote the company’s products

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  1. - Previous experience in Export Sales Administration and/or Logistics is essential
  2. - Excellent organisational skills and attention to details
  3. - Confident telephone manners with excellent communication skills
  4. - Good IT skills and experience with CRM system
