Job Description
  • Attending to visitors, arranging meeting rooms/Refreshments, 
  • General office requirements, fire checks,  Deliveries and organising post
  • Answering the telephone, taking messages and transferring calls
  • Supporting the customer service manager, managing the email inbox and responding to emails
  • using an inhouse system to log jobs/plots and update and print reports on
  • Taking notes in meetings occasionally
  • Ordering and Housing goods, such as tiles, shower equipment trays etc 
  • Liaising with customers to arrange for customer care appointments
