As the Customer Care Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the customer care team in order to deliver to all customers in a timely and professional manner, to resolve any matters of concern. At times decide if the reported defect is a defect and being capable and confident in dealing with escalated complaints. Monitor subcontracts performance and applications to work for the business.
This is a progressive role, where you will be given more responsibility as you learn and adapt to the role. You will work towards visiting customers in their new home and support the sales team with home demo’s.
As well as the above you will be given the responsibility of stock plots, ensuring they are clean and tidy and taking periodic meter readings etc.
It is likely you will visit site twice a month and you will have the support of the director when required.
