Job Description

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity that will suit a candidate who is available for an immediate start.

Duties will include:

  • To provide excellent customer service ensuring agreed works are carried out to the highest standards adhering to relevant legislation and quality standards.
  • Liaising with clients and associated parties to take instructions and to receive/deliver updates.
  • Logging information accurately and consistently to enable effective working across the team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Skills and Experience required:

  • You will have experience of working in a busy, and sometimes, pressurised, customer service role.
  • You must be able to multi task and have a proven track record of using trouble shooting and problem-solving.
  • Initiative and a pro-active attitude are essential, but you must also be a team player who is supportive of colleagues and enjoys working towards shared goals.
  • Strong MS Office and Outlook Skills
