Job Description

THE ROLE:
*Managing technical orders from start to finish
*Verifying order details, liaising with warehouse/sales/production for deliveries
*Customer service duties - ensuring customer needs met
*Industry and internal IT systems training
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
*Administration/Commercial Document Control background
*Customer Service background
*Any background considered (Engineering/Manufacturing preferred)
*Experience with international trade preferred
*Computer Literate
