Job Description
Main duties include:
- Handling customer insurance enquiries
- Delivering exceptional service at all times
- Provide administrative to the wider team
- Work in collaboration with other departments such as cross selling products
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate:
- Previous work experience in a regulated environment
- Polite and professional telephone manner
- An ability to show compassion and empathy
- Excellent customer skills and willingness to go the extra mile
- Computer literate
- Willingness to learn, develop and potential study
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player who is able to work to deadlines
- Insurance and agricultural knowledge would be advantageous.
