Job Description
  • Able take calls from customers to ensure these are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer queries relating to customer details and orders.
  • Input customer orders accurately onto on the CRM system
  • Provide product ordering information and assist customers with floor plans and quantity calculations.
  • Respond and resolve customer queries or complaints and log onto the system all relevant communication to customers.
  • Liaise with the warehouse, carriers with reference to distribution.
  • Conduct daily administration/correspondence generated from proformas, invoices and distribution documentation.
  • Work as part of a team, whilst also be able to use your own initiative.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • You will be enthusiastic and a strong team player.
  • Possess accurate data entry skills and proven customer service/sales order processing experience.
  • Good MS Office and CRM skills (training will be given on in-house systems, any CAD skills would be an advantage)
