Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have experience of working in a busy, and sometimes, pressurised, customer service role.
You must be able to multi task and have a proven track record of using trouble shooting and problem-solving.
Initiative and a pro-active attitude are essential, but you must also be a team player who is supportive of colleagues and enjoys working towards shared goals.
