Job Description
  • Supporting customers with their requirements and working closely with the internal team of Customer Service Co-ordinators to ensure they are receiving the best service and advice possible.
  • Proactive outbound targeting of new and/or dormant customers to re-engage with them and grow the business.
  • Identify new areas of business and develop existing accounts to offer services to other areas of the business.
  • Provide market intelligence and advise on key trends and new products; keep up to date on proposed legislation.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

 

  • You will have significant experience providing business customers an exceptional service and sales experience.
  • You will have strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for customer service and developing relationships.
  • Strong IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills along with experience of working under pressure and to targets.
