Supporting customers with their requirements and working closely with the internal team of Customer Service Co-ordinators to ensure they are receiving the best service and advice possible.
Proactive outbound targeting of new and/or dormant customers to re-engage with them and grow the business.
Identify new areas of business and develop existing accounts to offer services to other areas of the business.
Provide market intelligence and advise on key trends and new products; keep up to date on proposed legislation.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have significant experience providing business customers an exceptional service and sales experience.
You will have strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for customer service and developing relationships.
Strong IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Strong organisational skills along with experience of working under pressure and to targets.
