Job Description

A leading retail bank are currently looking for Customer Care Agents to work in their fraud department. Actively taking calls from customers who believe they have been a victim of fraud; your job will be to use your excellent customer service skills to make the customers journey as easy as possible during this difficult time.

This is a great opportunity to use your existing customer service skills and gain experience within the ever-growing world of financial crime care, whilst also being able to work from home.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and making things right
  • Excellent communications skills and the ability to be empathetic to customers
  • Experience working within a financial services environment, or an understanding of the fraud process, would be desirable
  • Flexibility work on a rotational shift basis between 7am - 11pm Monday - Sunday
  • Appropriate space at home to set up IT equipment and take customer calls
  • Experience using several databases and MS Office
