• Book, create & conduct viewings with potential clients
• Arrange window display/mail shots
• Data input onto in-house database
• Organize diary/valuations/appointments/take messages
• Match clients to properties
• Follow-up viewings
• Provide feedback
• Negotiating/Closing Sales

In return, our clients are offering the successful Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Circa £21,000
• Career progression

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.30pm
• Alternate Saturdays 8.45am – 1pm

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Previous Sales Negotiator experience
• Excellent Telephone and Communication Skills
• Computer Literate
• Dedicated to delivering unprecedented levels of Customer Service
• Good Time Management
• Full UK drivers license and own transport
