The role involves working as admin team in the social work office answering a variety of telephone calls and queries from professionals and members of the public, inputting and processing referrals in to client based systems and liaising with community district nursing to facilitate seamless clinical support to patients discharged home who will require ongoing treatment.
You will possess good IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel applications. You will also assist with the monitoring of the central admin inbox.
