Job Description

We are looking for both new and experienced customer service focused Call Handling agents to support our wide range of clients, working full time (35 hours), five days out of seven on a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing order and information pack requests
  • Capturing enquiries
  • Providing basic service, product and technical advice
  • Offering excellent customer service

Whilst experience within call Centre or receptionist roles is advantageous, this isn't essential as full training will be provided. We're always happy to look a applicants from retail, hospitality and care backgrounds as this provides the customer service and empathy skills we're looking for.

Shifts can be between 7am-9pm including weekends. All shifts are set on a rotational basis, to ensure hours are split out fairly between the team. You'll work four full days and one part day in the week and we aim for you to finish early or start late after your days off. You'll work one full weekend in three.
