Job Description

We are looking for an individual who has a passion for customer service and who can help us to grow and promote the business. You must be a team player who is committed to presenting the shop at its best, delivering excellent customer service and someone who takes pride in the business, its performance and a job well done.

This is currently offered as a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week with some weekend working required during the summer months for show attendance.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You must have a history of good time keeping as well as the ability to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. You must be comfortable with taking direction from superiors and working to achieve targets in order to meet a vision. You must also have the confidence to highlight and discuss ideas for improvement. Previous experience with merchandising, store presentation, online advertising and sales is essential. Knowledge of military insignia, crests and recruitment process for the Royal Navy is desirable, however not essential, training can be provided.
