Job Description

The role will be a mix of administration tasks including

  • Answering the telephone in a polite and professional manner, taking accurate and efficient messages,
  • Processing delivery notes, purchase orders, and other accounts-based data entry,
  • Managing, organizing, and updating relevant data using a range of database applications.

Monday to Friday

9.30am – 3pm (These times can be flexible.)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A good, confident, telephone manner.
  • Professional attitude and presentation
  • Polite, calm and customer focused
  • Excellent/accurate ICT skills, proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • High attention to detail and happy to ask questions
  • Excellent time management with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Happy working as part of a small team, so will need to be flexible and be able to use own initiative when necessary
  • GCSE Math/English - 9 - 4 (A* - C) or equivalent qualifications preferred
  • A good/recognized ICT qualification
