You will report directly to Front of House Manager and run the Front Desk department when on shift. This will include checking guest in and out and ensuring guests are happy and have everything they need. An ideal candidate must have experience of Hotel Front Desk. You must have excellent eye for standards and detail. You will need to lead by example, have excellent customer service skills and have good communication skills. Position will include weekends and evening shifts and you may also be asked to do some night shifts.
