Customer Service Advisor
Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Job Description
  • To answer inbound emails in a timely and professional manner and respond accordingly
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Responding to any enquires & complaints
  • Processing orders and payments
  • Escalate any issues or complaints to your Team Manager where necessary
  • To consistently delivery an outstanding level of customer service

You will be based in an open and friendly office.

Temporary role, full time hours 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday however part time hours may be considered.
