Job Description

This role is an extension to the London existing team, due to their great success, and volume of patient navigation activity. Fast paced environment, high volume of calls, emails, co-ordination, patients requiring rapid access to consultants and treatments in our hospitals.

This role unlike any other position, an excellent opportunity to be part of a corporate operations team focused on delivering bespoke healthcare packages, including VIP concierge and fast-track access to all our services.

This department’s is run by a very close knit supportive team, with the very best interest for the patients include individuals that need a tailored bespoke service such as international repatriations, VIPs, elite sportspeople and corporate healthcare—requiring rapid access to consultants and treatments in our hospitals.

The Concierge Centre operate a 24/7, 365 days a year clinically led service with access to eight world class hospitals located in Central London and Manchester. Over the last year we have supported patients from over 40 countries, including red list countries, whilst abiding by government regulations. Our achievements include coordinating repatriations for 20 patients following trauma or illness while overseas.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Healthcare Industry experience essential
  • Experience of fast paced administrative and patient co-ordination in ideally private healthcare
  • Excellent IT skills and professional telephone manner
  • 2nd language would be beneficial
  • Flexible with working hours
