Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their busy team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious candidate to support maintaining and building customer relationships of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining an agreed level of telephone contact with both existing and prospective customers in seeking contract renewals or opportunities
  • Use existing database information to ensure contract renewals go to the correct local authority or end user
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Pro-actively seek new business by targeting expiring contracts working closely with the external Sales Team to exploit opportunities
  • Effectively deal with telephone enquiries requesting contract renewals or cancellations.
  • Create contract quotations
  • Ensure all quotations are followed up in a timely manner
  • To meet set KPIs in retaining and renewing expired contracts.
  • To streamline and improve processes for a more efficient way of working.
  • Assisting generally with service administration.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills used to working in a team in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a small team managing and maintaining the service contracts.

  • Self-motivated, flexible and a hands-on attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a busy team
  • Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
