You will be required to ensure every guest receives the ultimate in customer service. You will be an effective communicator, experienced in complaint handling, a true motivator of people and fully experienced in all aspects of Spa Reception including collating guest feedback, billing and revenue posting. A minimum of 2 years’ Spa Reception experience is required at Supervisory level or higher, together with full knowledge of OPERA and Premier Spa.
